The Grand Exchange charges a 2% convenience fee on sales. It was introduced at 1% on 9 December 2021 and raised to 2% on 29 May 2025.

5,000,000 gp per item, reached at a price of 250,000,000 gp
Rounding
down to the nearest whole coin, so anything under 50 gp is untaxed
